Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and OnePass Telecom for your use of KavIL Mobile, including its app, website, Israeli phone numbers, calling, SMS, credits, and support services. By using KavIL Mobile, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Plans and numbers

KavIL Mobile offers three subscription plans:

• Solo: one number at $9.99 monthly or $69.99 annually.
• Duo: two numbers at $18.99 monthly or $134.99 annually.
• Trio: three numbers at $27.99 monthly or $199.99 annually.

Each plan includes $1 in calling and SMS credit. Calls and SMS are charged from available credits. Taxes, app-store charges, and usage rates may be shown separately at purchase or within the app.

4. Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. You should cancel through the same app store, platform, or payment method used to subscribe before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not ordinarily reverse a period that has already started.

5. Credits and usage

Calling and SMS require sufficient credits. Usage rates may vary by destination, message type, carrier, or other network conditions and are displayed in the app where applicable. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts, and may be subject to expiry or refund restrictions disclosed at purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use KavIL Mobile to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Send spam, scams, threats, harassment, or deceptive messages.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent caller identity.
• Interfere with networks, security controls, or service availability.
• Resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service without permission.
• Avoid carrier, telecommunications, identity, or usage requirements.

7. Number availability and service limits

Number availability is not guaranteed. Telecommunications services depend on carriers, networks, device connectivity, regulation, and third-party platforms. We may replace, suspend, or withdraw a number where necessary for legal, carrier, security, or operational reasons.

8. Emergency calling

KavIL Mobile is not a replacement for your primary mobile service. Do not rely on it for emergency calls unless the app expressly confirms that emergency calling is supported in your location. Use your local emergency service or primary phone connection instead.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law or carrier requirements, address unpaid charges, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Service changes and disclaimers

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. KavIL Mobile is provided subject to availability. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every call or message, or compatibility with every network or device.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnePass Telecom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
